Does Multitasking Make Sense?
From the previous discussion, we can conclude that there are many advantages and disadvantages related to the concept of multitasking. While multitasking can make sense in the short run, the negative effects of it are simply too big in my opinion in the long run.
Therefore, I advise people to rather focus on one task, complete it in the best possible manner and then move on to the next task in order to stay productive and healthy in the long run.
