Plant trees!

Description of the problem

Due to the need for settlement space and also for agricultural purposes, large areas of land had been cut down in the past. This problem is especially severe in the Amazon Rainforest where farmers often intentionally burn down forests to get more land for farming. However, deforestation is a huge problem to our environmental system.

Weekly Challenge

Plant a tree in order to fight deforestation! There are several campaigns like the trillion tree campaign which try to reforest large areas of land to counter the adverse effects of deforestation. You can join these organizations or also plant trees on your own, depending on your preference!
